Do you offer Free Delivery?

If you spend $120 or more, we offer Free Delivery anywhere in Australia.

We also offer Free Local Delivery for orders $75 or more to Leura and Katoomba NSW.

Where do you deliver to in Australia?

We can deliver Australia-wide to any address, whether residential, business, a PO Box, or a Parcel Locker.

Can I send a parcel overseas?

We offer delivery Internationally to select countries. Once you've selected your items, please contact our office on (02) 4782 3975 or email [email protected] so we can calculate your shipping cost and process your order for you.

Certain products are not suitable for shipping overseas due to their fragile nature - you will receive a notification if this is the case.

Note that some countries may impose restrictions, or additional duties on certain imported products. Any duties, tariffs, taxes or additional costs imposed on the shipment and goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How long will delivery take?

Check your delivery location corresponding in the aside table to determine approximate transit time. Please also allow time for order processing (up to 5 business days).

When will my order be sent?

We endeavour to process and ship orders within 5 business days - though usually it will be less. If we believe there may be a delay in sending your order, we will contact you and advise.

As we make the vast majority of our 120+ products to order (so you get the most delicious product possible!) during peak busy periods, there may be slight delays on certain items. If this happens, we will be in contact with you.

Can the driver call-ahead, or deliver at a specific time?

Unfortunately, no. Australia Post do not offer call-aheads as part of their service. We are also unable to guarantee specific delivery windows, as this is determined by the delivery driver. Deliveries are made during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, though during seasonal peaks (such as Christmas) deliveries may extend to 7pm and include Saturdays.

What is an MGO honey rating?

Methylglyoxal (MGO) is the naturally occurring compound that provides antibacterial qualities and makes Manuka honey so special. The higher the MGO number, the stronger the antibiotic and beneficial effects.

What is an NPA rating?

It means the non-peroxide activity of honey. This is what gives the product its special antiseptic properties. You may see the abbreviation and a number on the tags of jars.

The key point is that every kind of honey has a sort of antimicrobial qualities. They are caused by peroxide activity. But manuka honey is unique because it also has non-peroxide activity (NPA) that gives it such features.

Since NPA depends on methylglyoxal, its level is related to the MGO rating. For example, 10+ non-peroxide activity is peculiar to the honey with MGO 260+. It is supposed that significant antiseptic qualities appear when the activity is 10+. The higher the level, the stronger the product.
