We took the finest cocoa and blended it with seven exotic spices, added a sprinkle of tea, then a dash of unrefined jaggery sugar. We mixed with care until it was perfectly balanced, so that when we tasted the hot chocolate, it effortlessly danced across the tongue. Many chefs live by the rule that salt makes everything taste better. Grounded Pleasures have taken their lovely bold and exquisite cocoa, added a naturally caramelly unrefined organic panela cane sugar and seasoned it with pink lake salt. It is smooth and utterly delicious.
The Dimboola Pink Lake salt is strikingly pink. Fed by an ancient aquifer, its unique blend of minerals gives it a wonderful well-rounded complex flavour. This makes it just the thing to add to the Pink Salt Caramel Drinking Chocolate to perfectly balance all the wonderful ingredients.
