Stringy Bark honey is a stronger, darker honey which is the honey of choice for many people, with a complex sweet/savoury aroma. It is very good for cooking with – extra flavor and it froths naturally when heated. it is a weighty, heavily textured honey which is intensely aromatic and perfumed, laden with the scent of blossom.
Mustard’s seeds both yellow and brown are soaked for a long period of time in brandy and Malt Vinegar, when swollen and bursting with taste, they are blended and finished. Delicious with roast beef, great with cheese and roasted vegetables.
A ‘real’ Hot English mustard should not be made with either fillers or with hot water, nor should it have any additional ‘heat’ added. We follow all the rules and produce a true English mustard using both brown and yellow mustard seeds.
A classic condiment for roast and grilled lamb. Also good with pork and roasted vegetables.Ours is made on a base of apple with malt vinegar and plenty of mint. I also love this with cheese.
