Hazelnuts Whole & Roasted
Hazelnuts are perfect in working with chocolate and also used to make praline, though we do use them in muesli also. Roasted or blanched natural these little guys are packed full of energy and plenty of health benefits. Though Nutella does snap up most of the worlds crops of Hazelnuts there are still plenty to go round most of the time!
Marshmallows 700g
The divine joy of tasting the sweet, velvety and luscious texture of a melting marshmallow immersed in hot chocolate cannot be surpassed. Hot chocolate and marshmallows are a perfect match and we gladly concede that it is hard to have one without the other
These marshmallows are made in the town of Ballaarat, in regional Victoria, Australia. They are gluten free, preservative free and dairy free with natural colours and flavours. Each box contains two flavours, vanilla bean and raspberry.
Good enough to devour by themselves or toast over the campfire….. but we just love melting them in our hot chocolate!
Organic Quinoa Puffs
With a natural toasty and nutty flavour, our Quinoa Puffs add crunch and nutrition to our Almond Quinoa GF Muesli. Quinoa produces its own tannins which act as a natural insecticide to protect the plant. These tannins are quite bitter in taste, so the quinoa is extensively washed before being puffed in a high heat vacuum chamber.
