Mason Cash

Crafted from beech wood, the Mason Cash Innovative Kitchen Slotted Spoon is ideal for stirring and straining food in sauces, oils or water. The slots have been designed to also be used as an egg separator; simply rest the spoon on a Mason Cash Mixing bowl and crack eggs over the spoon head where the white will drain through and leave the yolk intact and separated.
