Wonderful in cakes.
I baked lemon poppyseed muffins and they are incredible! I’ve tired lemon juice but it throws the ratio of the batter off. This powder is exactly what you need for a lemon hit! I also mix with cottage cheese and it’s divine for an afternoon snack.
