Great product. I use it to make GF Buckwheat bread in a bread maker. It has a delightful fresh creamy aroma and bakes up beautifully. Credit also to Whisk and Pin for always looking after me in relation to use-by dates and protective packaging and, it’s an Australian product.
So good to have on hand for recipes that require buttermilk when you don’t have it.
I am American and miss ranch salad dressing so much! I have tried over and over again to replicate this in Australia and it never tasted the same! I did a lot of research and found I needed buttermilk powder. I didn’t even know this was a thing! Now I make ranch seasoning powder and use it as an overall seasoning booster or mix with mayo and it’s a perfect dressing! This product is so beautiful.
Great for when your local shops don’t supply buttermilk, can be stored in pantry ready to use. Makes great dip base.
