As we believe everyone should be able to enjoy our shortbreads, we specially created our Gluten-Free Lemon & Vanilla Shortbreads. We think these are one of our best cookie creations ever!

Are Shortbreads cookies, or biscuits?

Neither, they're Shortbreads! They're so delicious they deserve their own distinctive group away from cookies (large and soft) and biscuits (smaller and crisper). As shortbreads are made with lavish amounts of butter, they form a beautiful delicate kind of crumble. We always use New Zealand butter to create the creamiest and butteriest melt-in-the-mouth feel in all of our Shortbreads.
