Do you offer Free Delivery?

If you spend $150 or more, we offer Free Delivery anywhere in Australia.

We also offer Free Local Delivery for orders $120 or more to Leura and Katoomba NSW.

Where do you deliver to in Australia?

We can deliver Australia-wide to any address, whether residential, business, a PO Box, or a Parcel Locker.

We offer delivery Internationally to select countries. Once you've selected your items, please contact our office on (02) 4782 3975 or email [email protected] so we can calculate your shipping cost and process your order for you.

Certain products are not suitable for shipping overseas due to their fragile nature - you will receive a notification if this is the case.

Note that some countries may impose restrictions, or additional duties on certain imported products. Any duties, tariffs, taxes or additional costs imposed on the shipment and goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How long will delivery take?

Check your delivery location corresponding in the aside table to determine approximate transit time. Please also allow time for order processing (up to 5 business days).

When will my order be sent?

We endeavour to process and ship orders within 5 business days - though usually it will be less. If we believe there may be a delay in sending your order, we will contact you and advise.

As we make the vast majority of our 120+ products to order (so you get the most delicious product possible!) during peak busy periods, there may be slight delays on certain items. If this happens, we will be in contact with you.

Can the driver call-ahead, or deliver at a specific time?

Unfortunately, no. Australia Post do not offer call-aheads as part of their service. We are also unable to guarantee specific delivery windows, as this is determined by the delivery driver. Deliveries are made during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, though during seasonal peaks (such as Christmas) deliveries may extend to 7pm and include Saturdays.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order by viewing your order history in your account. You will also receive email and texts with tracking information and updates on your delivery.

You can download a copy at any time from your Whisk & Pin online account.

Can I pickup an online order from in-store?

You can collect in-store from our Gourmet Gallery Katoomba, located next to our Bakery. View opening times here.

Simply select the 'Collect In-store' option during checkout.

Once your order is complete, we will advise you via email.

Snowy Road Chocolate Block is a fantastic treat with so many levels of flavor and wonderful textures. It is perfect for snacking in front of TV or as a special addition to an afternoon tea platter.

I bought this from a shop in Canberra, now my husband and I are obsessed with it! We both don’t like normal Rocky Road, this tastes nothing like it.

Snowy Road Block Converted My Anti-White Chocolate Stand!

I don’t do white chocolate – until I had THIS! Snowy Road converted me. With every bite and bit, I would not stop at the wonderful flavours and surprises installed in this block of wonderfully crafted Belgian white chocolate block. yes it might be big enough to share, but I find myself struggling to adhere to the Whisk & Pin’s suggestion to share, every block I’ve had was just to good to give up!

A Gourmet foodies delight

I must admit I’ve never been a big fan of rocky road style chocolate, as most are so sweet that your teeth ache at the mere sight. The Snowy Rocky Road however is different, very different. The delicious Belgian White chocolate blends beautifully and is very well balanced with the arrangement of creamy, tart and crunchy flavours.
