Tumeric, onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, lemon rind, salt, paprika, black pepper & cayenne, olive oil with lemon juice.
Rub into the chicken, leave for at least three to four hours. Cook on a BBQ grill plate or over open flames, baste with the marinade.
