Unbelievably intense in flavour, our freeze dried raspberries are fantastic additions to desserts, muesli, or to eat on their own! Whole raspberries are put into a vacuum chamber where all moisture is extracted, leaving behind the berries in the full form.
Only the freshest Tasmanian-grown Blueberries make it into our freeze-dried berries. First they are washed and frozen, then freeze-dried. After 24 hours in the freeze dryer they are crisp, dry and moisture-free.
It takes 7kg of fresh Blueberries to create 1kg of freeze-dried Blueberries.
Direct from Tasmania, these Freeze Dried Snap apples are intense in flavour while bringing a unique texture and flavour to our products. The “snap” is created by removing 100% of the moisture whilst leaving behind all of the fruit through a vacuum chamber – interesting hey ! A perfect, healthy snak straight from the pack. Keep in mind if they are not kept in a sealed airtight container – they will start to draw moisture and soften as they become reconstituted with moisture – still delicious!
The best oats are bold and in full form, whole. Grown in South Australia, we only us the best of the crop for all our Whisk & Pin muesli’s that have full structure, texture, goodness and taste. No quick oats or added sugar here.

We have then blitzed the berries into a consistent fine powder – which gives you the perfect secret ingredient for adding amazing flavour and colour to your baking and desserts!
The ancient spelt grain has a soft texture with a lovely nutty flavour.
An intense, amazing form of the humble lemon made using 100% Australian lemons naturally dried and powdered. Lemon powder is created by drying whole lemons, then blitzing them into a powder.
Lemon powder can be used in many recipes savoury and sweet where a punch of lemon is required. An essential ingredient in zesty baking recipes, adding citrusy flavour to spice rubs, and your secret weapon for amazing desserts.
Dutch process cocoa is a smooth and mellow flavour compared to natural cocoa. Since Dutch process cocoa isn’t acidic, it doesn’t react with alkaline leaveners like baking soda to produce carbon dioxide. Using Dutched cocoa powder will result in a richer and deeper “chocolate” flavor in your baking.
Our white mulberries are sun-dried in their whole form – creating an incredibly delicious dried fruit that is chewy and caramelly-sweet in flavour.
So you love Almonds? – who doesn’t, natural or slightly roasted we use then across a wide variety of our blends in muesli, nut mixes and Almond meal in slices. We only use Australian straight from source, Carmel and if we can’t get them Nonpareil variety – packed full of health energy for you day. A salty, crunchy and creamy snack that is marvellously more-ish! We’ve tossed our Australian macadamia nuts in Murray River pink salt and then gently roasted them.
Enjoy on their own or add to salads for pops of texture and flavour. We originally created this simple combination for use in our Desert Road chocolate.

Ground from only 100% Queensland-grown oranges, our Orange Powder is perfect to substitute fresh orange rind, great in baking muffins and cakes, or to use for seafood crumbing.

Jumbo raisins are dried from red and black grapes, giving them a rich and deep colour and flavour. A perfect match for hot porridge, you’ll find these big beauties in our Hazelnut & Peach Porridge.
With a little heat and pressure these ancient grains are puffed to perfection! As the smallest of all puffed grains they make great flavour and texture to our Gluten Free Muesli.

Our premium raw pistachio kernels are perfect to add colour, flavour and texture to your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Toss through salads, add to baked cakes, crumbles or cookies, add to your favourite cereal or simply snack on them alone!
Rolled barley is an incredibly versatile and nutritious wholegrain. Rich and nutty in flavour, you can try our barley in porridge, homemade breads, or other baked goods.
With a little heat and pressure these grains are puffed to a light texture suitable for those intolerant to Gluten. What a perfect, Australian grain addition to our muesli with a nutty flavour !

Hazelnuts are perfect in working with chocolate and also used to make praline, though we do use them in muesli also. Roasted or blanched natural these little guys are packed full of energy and plenty of health benefits. Though Nutella does snap up most of the worlds crops of Hazelnuts there are still plenty to go round most of the time!
