A limited release vintage made using full-flavoured late season apples

Predominate flavour of fully ripened apples, double fermented with the addition of French oak. The palate is dry with hints of crème caramel.

Penfolds Max’s Shiraz is named in honour of their chief winemaker who first created the iconic Grange.

Max’s Shiraz derives inspiration from his methods to give this medium bodied shiraz its generous plummy and spicy fruits followed by rich chocolate flavours.

Fragrant and energetic, the nose has an abundance of lycee, kiwifruit and blackcurrant with lime curd and lemon sherbet. Thai basil, sliced fennel, ginger and citrus blossom sit neatly in the background.

Rich and intense Belgian Dark Chocolate covers chunks of crunchy honeycomb made with real honey. Handcrafted by our chocolatiers in the Blue Mountains. A perfect balance with the sweetness of our honeycomb and the bitterness of dark chocolate.

We handmake our honeycomb with real Australian honey, smash it into satisfying chunks (our “rocks”), and then hand-dip each one in pure Belgian Dark Chocolate.

Our honeycomb has just the perfect level of crunch that isn’t too hard or too soft. Our warning to you; our Honey Crunch Rocks are the most addictive product we have ever produced. If you try them once, you will be hooked for life!
