Product Directions
Take 1.25 kilo of chicken (your choice) cut into 4cm dice, dredge lightly with flour, fry in a pan you can complete the dish in, in batches, cook 90% return to the pan (don’t clean it) add 250g of sauce, 1 cup cream, 1/4 cup water or stock, cook until the chicken is cooked through stirring gently over a low heat. Serve with rice.
