Take 1.25 kg of cheaper cut beef diced into 4cm, dredge with flour, Fry in a pan you can lid and use in an oven, in batches return to pan.. Add 250g (half) of the sauce and 500ml of water (enough to ‘just’ cover the meat), bring to a boil and place in the oven 150 Celsius for 2 hours or until cooked, stir occasionally. Can also cook on very low 110 for 6 – 7 hours.
