Organic Quinoa Puffs

Quinoa produces its own tannins which act as a natural insecticide to protect the plant. These tannins are quite bitter in taste, so the quinoa is extensively washed before being puffed in a high heat vacuum chamber.

These marshmallows are made in the town of Ballaarat, in regional Victoria, Australia. They are gluten free, preservative free and dairy free with natural colours and flavours. Each box contains two flavours, vanilla bean and raspberry.
