Up here at Whisk & Pin HQ, we are positively passionate about our Pears and not just any old Pears, but our delicious sun-kissed Queensland Pears. Grown in Southern Queensland where the most gorgeous pears in Australia are grown, they are left on the tree until the farmer decides they are at perfectly ripe and full of natural sweetness & wholesome goodness.
And only then are they picked and thinly sliced before being air dried on the farm with absolutely no preservatives, chemicals, sugar or oil added. The revered Kensington Pride Queensland Mango, with its intense rich flesh and large pip, is without a doubt, the most amazing Mango grown in Australia and, like a gorgeous vintage Shiraz vine, its juiciness is unsurpassable. Grown north-west of Mackay, the Mangoes are picked when they’re perfectly ripe and air dried on the same farm with absolutely no preservatives, chemicals, sugar or oil added.

Mango Season Update
Due to scarcity of supply we have temporarily removed the Mango 1kg option. The new season of Australian mango is estimated to be ready in October this year.

A fabulous mix of dried fruits, roasted nuts and seeds, Trail Mix is both wheat free and gluten free, as well as being very high in fibre.

Long considered to be the sweetest fruit, did you know that figs are also considered to be one of the oldest fruits recognized by man? Our dried baby Wild Figs are grown in Iran, are completely natural, soft, chewy and almost caramel in taste.
