We offer delivery Internationally to select countries. Once you've selected your items, you can calculate your shipping cost on the cart or checkout pages.

Certain products are not suitable for shipping overseas due to their fragile nature - you will receive a notification if this is the case.

Note that some countries may impose restrictions, or additional duties on certain imported products. Any duties, tariffs, taxes or additional costs imposed on the shipment and goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Check your delivery location corresponding in the aside table to determine approximate transit time.

We endeavour to process and ship orders within 3 business days - though usually it will be less. If we believe there may be a delay in sending your order, we will contact you and advise.

As we make the vast majority of our 120+ products to order (so you get the most delicious product possible!) during peak busy periods, there may be slight delays on certain items. If this happens, we will be in contact with you.

Unfortunately, no. Australia Post do not offer call-aheads as part of their service. We are also unable to guarantee specific delivery windows, as this is determined by the delivery driver. Deliveries are made during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, though during seasonal peaks (such as Christmas) deliveries may extend to 7pm and include Saturdays.

You can easily track your order by viewing your order history in your account here. You will also receive email and texts with tracking information and updates on your delivery.

You'll receive an email with a copy of your invoice. You can also download a copy at any time from your Whisk & Pin online account.

You can collect in-store from our Gourmet Gallery Katoomba, located next to our Bakery. View opening times here.

Simply select the 'Collect In-store' option during checkout.

Once your order is complete, we will advise you via email.

If you spend $165 or more, we offer Free Delivery anywhere in Australia.

We also offer Free Local Delivery for orders $100 or more to Leura and Katoomba NSW.
