Take 250 grams of the cooking sauce, add 1 cup water, white wine or fish stock. Bring to a boil. Add up to 1.25 kg of fish (your choice) Add strong fish, white fish, calamari or octopus, prawns, scallops and lastly shellfish. Cover and cook seafood. Scatter with parsley.
